Moves the portfolio pin to v0.14.6: portfolio_dispatch refuses a same-title task already open on the board (force=true overrides), so re-dispatches don't stack duplicates (portfolio-plugin#25).

QA Audit — PR #22 | chore: bump portfolio pin v0.14.5 → v0.14.6 (dispatch dedup)

VERDICT: WARN (CI non-terminal — verify still queued; re-evaluating on CI completion)

CI Status

  • bump: skipped
  • verify: queued

Diff Review

  • protoagent.bundle.yaml: portfolio plugin ref bumped v0.14.5v0.14.6 (line 41). Clean single-line pin bump. The referenced release adds dispatch dedup to prevent duplicate same-title tasks on the board.

Observations

  • LOW: verify CI check is still queued — cannot confirm the bundle resolves cleanly yet. Will re-review once terminal.
